Members, roles and invites
Organization roles apply to the active tenant.

| Admin | Connections, policies, budgets, keys and membership; team usage metadata and configuration history |
| Member | Own usage and remaining budget; own inherited-budget API keys; inference within tenant controls |
Members cannot set budgets or create dedicated-budget keys. Owners and admins may create dedicated keys and optional caps. Admins cannot inspect another member’s retained prompt/message content; owners can inspect retained content through authorized audit views. File bodies are never provided by the Platform.
Invite a member
Owners and admins open [organization name] → Organization settings → Invite member, then invite an email address with the appropriate role. An accepted invite grants membership in that tenant. Multiple memberships expose organization choices in the sidebar’s organization menu where switching is enabled.
Use the least role needed for the person’s work. Members do not gain access to another member’s usage merely by sharing a tenant. Revoking membership removes permission to use that member’s API keys in that tenant.
